1. Rogers TP600  PCB Introduction

Rogers TP600 High-Frequency PCB is fabricated using the industry-unique TP series thermoplastic high-frequency material. The dielectric layer of TP-type laminates is composed of ceramics and polyphenylene oxide resin (PPO) without fiberglass reinforcement, enabling precise adjustment of dielectric constant by modifying the ratio of ceramics to PPO resin. Featuring a specialized production process, Rogers TP600 RF Circuit Board delivers outstanding dielectric performance and high reliability. It should be noted that "TP" refers to copper-free smooth surface material, while TP-1 and TP-2 denote single-sided and double-sided copper-clad materials respectively. The dielectric constant of Rogers TP600 can be flexibly selected within the range of 3 to 25 based on circuit requirements, ensuring excellent stability. Common dielectric constant options include 3.0, 4.4, 6.0, 6.15, 9.2, 9.6, 9.8, 10.2, 11, 16, and 20. With low dielectric loss, the loss increases slightly with rising frequency but remains relatively stable below 10 GHz, making  TP series PCB material an ideal choice for high-frequency applications.
