Compliance Management System
To strictly comply with the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China, Regulations on the Prohibition of Child Labor, Minor Protection Law and other relevant laws and regulations, fulfill corporate social responsibilities, protect the physical and mental health of minors, and eliminate any possibility of employing minors under the age of 18 (including child labor under the age of 16 and juvenile workers aged 16 to under 18), this manual is formulated in light of the production characteristics of the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) industry. It aims to establish a "zero-tolerance" control system to ensure the company's complete compliance in employment. Our company has established and maintains a comprehensive compliance management system covering all aspects of our operations. The system is overseen by our dedicated Compliance Committee, comprising senior management representatives from legal, finance, and operations departments. It includes documented policies, regular employee training programs, periodic internal audits, and continuous monitoring mechanisms, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in all jurisdictions where we conduct business. These Rules are formulated to standardize the company's occupational safety and health management, protect the life safety and physical health of all employees in the work process, effectively identify, assess and control occupational safety and health risks in the workplace, prevent and reduce the occurrence of work-related accidents and occupational diseases, and clarify the occupational safety and health responsibilities of all departments and employees. They are formulated in accordance with laws and regulations such as the "Work Safety Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Law of the People's Republic of China", and the "Regulations on the Administration of Occupational Health in the Workplace", with reference to the "Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - Requirements with Guidance for Use" (GB/T 45001-2020) and relevant industry standards, combined with the company's production and operation characteristics.
