1. Introduction

Rogers DiClad 870 is a high-performance printed circuit board utilizing woven fiberglass reinforced PTFE-based composite laminate. It is designed for high-frequency and RF applications requiring stable electrical performance and low signal loss. Compared with other laminates in the DiClad series, DiClad 870 high-frequency laminate provides lower dielectric constant and dissipation factor at similar thickness by using fewer plies of woven fiberglass and a higher ratio of PTFE content, making it an ideal substrate for high-performance microwave and RF circuits.
