Rogers CLTE-AT 5mil 2-Layer PCB is based on CLTE-AT laminates, the commercial-grade offering in the CLTE™ product lineup. Leveraging the core technical building blocks of CLTE-XT laminates with targeted modifications for enhanced cost-effectiveness, CLTE-AT printed circuit board features a dielectric constant of 3.00 and a distinct thickness profile compared to its CLTE-XT counterpart.
Constructed with micro-dispersed ceramic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) composites reinforced by woven fiberglass, Rogers CLTE-AT PCB substrate delivers exceptional dimensional stability—a critical attribute for complex multilayer circuit designs. Particularly in thin-substrate applications (such as 0.005” and 0.010” variants), this PCB stands out for its superior registration accuracy, setting it apart from standard commercial alternatives.
In terms of electrical performance, Rogers CLTE-AT PCB board boasts best-in-class Insertion Loss (S21) and Loss Tangent (0.0013) in the commercial marketplace, second only to the premium CLTE-XT laminates.
