1. Introduction
The F4BTMS615 2-layer high frequency PCB is an upgraded high-performance circuit board developed from the F4BTM series, featuring technological breakthroughs in both material formulation and manufacturing processes to meet the rigorous demands of high-frequency and aerospace applications. Enriched with a significant amount of ceramics and reinforced with ultra-thin, ultra-fine glass fiber cloth, F4BTMS615 PCB delivers substantially improved material performance and a broader range of dielectric constants, positioning it as a high-reliability solution suitable for critical aerospace use cases and capable of replacing similar foreign products. By integrating a small quantity of ultra-thin, ultra-fine glass fiber cloth with a large amount of uniformly distributed special nano-ceramics mixed with polytetrafluoroethylene resin, F4BTMS615 PCB substrate minimizes the negative impact of glass fiber on electromagnetic wave propagation—effectively reducing dielectric loss, enhancing dimensional stability, and decreasing X/Y/Z anisotropy of the material. This advanced composition also extends the usable frequency range, improves electrical strength, boosts thermal conductivity, and ensures excellent low thermal expansion coefficient and stable dielectric temperature characteristics. As a standard feature, F4BTMS615 high-frequency material is equipped with RTF low roughness copper foil, which reduces conductor loss while providing excellent peel strength, and it is compatible with both copper and aluminum bases for versatile installation options.
