Taconic RF-10 PCBs represent advanced composite materials engineered for high-frequency applications. These laminates combine ceramic-filled PTFE with woven fiberglass reinforcement, delivering optimal electrical performance and mechanical stability. The unique composition provides both low dielectric loss and enhanced rigidity, facilitating easier handling and improved dimensional stability for precision RF circuits.

RF-10 laminate material demonstrates excellent bonding characteristics with smooth low-profile copper, while its low dissipation factor combined with ultra-smooth copper surfaces minimizes insertion losses - particularly crucial at higher frequencies where skin effect losses become significant.
