1.Introduction of TP series
For high-frequency circuit designers requiring precise control over electrical properties, TP material offers an ideal solution. Its unique dielectric layer—a ceramic and PPO resin composite without fiberglass—allows the dielectric constant to be finely tuned between 3.0 and 25.0. This results in exceptional performance, including stable Dk, low loss, and high reliability across a wide frequency range.
The product family is clearly defined: TP (core substrate), TP-1 (single-sided copper), and TP-2 (double-sided copper). You can select from a range of standard Dk values (e.g., 3.0, 6.15, 9.8), with part numbers like TP300 and TP615 directly reflecting the target dielectric constant.
