1. Wangling WL-CT350 2-Layer PCB Introduction

WL-CT350 PCB is constructed with thermosetting resin-based high-frequency laminates, which are organic polymer ceramic fiberglass cloth-covered copper clad substrates. The dielectric layer is composed of hydrocarbon resin, ceramics, and fiberglass cloth, delivering excellent low-loss performance that meets the rigorous requirements of high-frequency design applications. Unlike PTFE materials, this PCB can be processed using techniques similar to FR4, simplifying manufacturing processes while ensuring superior circuit stability and consistency. WL-CT350 laminate serves as a reliable alternative to comparable foreign high-frequency PCB products.

 

The synergistic combination of hydrocarbon resin and composite ceramics endows WL-CT350 2-Layer PCB with outstanding low-loss characteristics, high-temperature resistance, and temperature stability. This PCB features a stable temperature coefficient of dielectric constant and loss, a low coefficient of thermal expansion, and a high glass transition temperature (TG) of over 280°C, making it well-suited for demanding high-frequency operating environments.
