TP1020 PCB utilizes a unique high-frequency thermoplastic material featuring a ceramic and polyphenylene oxide (PPO) resin composite dielectric layer without fiberglass reinforcement. This innovative TP-series laminate enables precise dielectric constant adjustment through controlled ceramic-to-PPO resin ratios, employing specialized manufacturing processes that deliver exceptional dielectric performance and high reliability. TP1020 PCB material supports dielectric constant selection ranging from 3 to 25 according to specific circuit requirements, with TP1020 providing a stable 10.2 Dk value. With low dielectric loss that remains relatively stable up to 10 GHz, these copper-clad laminates (TP-2 configuration) offer outstanding electrical characteristics for demanding high-frequency applications in aerospace and defense systems.
