General Description

We specialize in manufacturing high-quality, laser-cut SMT stencils, available in both framed and frameless options. All our stencils are 100% laser-cut from stainless steel foil strictly following the IPC-7525A standard and your supplied Gerber data to ensure superior solder paste deposition.

We offer a wide range of specifications to meet diverse SMT assembly needs. The stencil foil thickness ranges from 0.05mm (2 mil) for ultra-fine-pitch components to 0.4mm (16 mil) for high-volume printing, with standard sizes from 300mm x 300mm up to 600mm x 600mm.

Designed for seamless integration into your SMT production line, our stencils feature a centralized squeegee area and half-etched fiducial marks on the backside for perfect compatibility with automated SMT machine vision systems. Each stencil is securely packed in protective KK hardboard cartons, with a standard shipment quantity of 2 stencils per order.

Manufacturing Essentials:

4) Stainless Steel Shim: In general a standard thickness of 5 mils. For microBGA step down in the area to 4mils. For fine pitch QFP reduce the paste apertures by 10%-15% at centre.
