General Description
This 4-layer rigid PCB is made of FR-4 (IT-180) base material, complying with IPC-Class-2 quality standards. This IT-180A and FR-4 PCB has a finished thickness of 1.6mm and board dimensions of 130mm x 175mm (6 pieces per panel, ±0.15mm tolerance). Key features include 1oz (1.4 mils) finished copper weight for outer layers, 20μm via plating thickness, and immersion gold surface finish. Both top and bottom layers have white silkscreen and green solder mask, with countersink holes on the top side. This 4-Layer 1.6mm PCB supports blind vias (L1-L2), has a minimum trace/space of 4/6 mils and minimum hole size of 0.2mm. 100% electrical testing is conducted before shipment, artwork is supplied in Gerber RS-274-X format, and it is available worldwide.

Material Advantages (IT-180A)
IT-180ATC PCB is a high Tg (175℃ by DSC) filled epoxy with high thermal reliability and CAF resistance, suitable for 260℃ lead-free assembly. It has a CTE of 11-13 ppm/°C (X-axis) and 13-15 ppm/°C (Y-axis), T260 delamination time of 60 minutes, T288 of 20 minutes, DK of 4.4 (1GHz)/4.5 (1MHz), Df of 0.014 (1MHz)/0.015 (1GHz), 0.1% moisture resistance, and UL94-V0 flammability rating, with good through-hole reliability.
