Introduction
Rogers AD255C PCBs serve as the base material for this specialized antenna PCB, which features a double-layer design with top-layer antenna pads and a bottom-layer shielding copper plane.Fabricated on a 60mil substrate with 1oz electrodeposited copper on both sides, the entire board is immersion gold-plated (no solder mask or silkscreen) to ensure optimal conductivity and corrosion resistance. Manufactured to IPC Class II standards and rigorously 100% electrically tested prior to shipment, Rogers AD255C high frequency PCB delivers reliable performance for critical wireless applications, including 5G, IoT, and aerospace systems.
