Technical Configuration

The board supports 33 components with 242 total pads (125 thru-hole, 117 top SMT), interconnected through 49 vias across 3 nets. The stackup features RO4350B (0.254mm) for critical RF layers and S1000-2M (1.1mm) core for structural support, with 50-ohm impedance control on 5/9 mil traces. Artwork files are supplied in Gerber RS-274-X format.

Material Advantages

RO4350B laminate provides stable dielectric constant (3.48±0.05) and low dissipation factor (0.0037) at 10GHz, with high Tg >280°C and excellent dimensional stability. S1000-2M FR-4 offers enhanced mechanical processability, Tg 180°C, and superior anti-CAF performance. The hybrid construction balances RF performance with cost efficiency.

Typical Applications

• Millimeter wave applications and radar systems

• Point-to-point digital radio antennas

• Commercial airline broadband antennas

• Guidance systems and stripline circuits

Why Choose This PCB?

This hybrid design effectively combines the high-frequency performance of RO4350B with the mechanical reliability and cost advantages of FR-4, providing an optimized solution for mixed-signal RF applications requiring controlled impedance and thermal stability.
