Rogers TMM3 PCB 20mil 0.508mm High-Frequency Printed Circuit Board with DK3.27 and Immersion Gold

This double - layer high - frequency PCB is constructed on a 20 - mil TMM3 laminate. It features immersion gold plating and has 1 - oz finished copper. A green solder mask is printed on both the top and bottom layers, with the bottom layer left exposed to air. Manufactured to IPC class 3 standards, this mini TMM3 PCB is packaged in lots of 50 boards per shipment. It is specifically designed for use in patch antenna applications.

This double-sided PCB is fabricated on Rogers TMM13i substrate (60mil thickness), featuring immersion gold (ENIG) finish on pads and a copper weight transition from ½ oz to 1 oz. The top side includes a green solder mask, and all boards are produced to IPC Class 2 standards with 100% electrical testing prior to shipment. Units are vacuum-sealed in packs of 25 for secure delivery.
