General Description |
|
|
Rogers AD1000 PCB serves as a high - frequency material featuring a high dielectric constant (10.2 or greater). As a woven glass - reinforced laminate, it is notable for its ability to facilitate circuit miniaturization. In contrast to traditional low - loss materials, the AD1000 laminate has the benefit of shrinking circuit size. Additionally, when pitted against other laminates with a dielectric constant of 10, it delivers better dimensional stability and mechanical strength.
Rogers AD1000 PCBs fall into the category of soft materials. This trait enables them to efficiently endure vibrational stress. Unlike pure ceramic materials, they do not need complicated or specialized processing and handling in the manufacturing process, which makes them more practical and cost - effective for a broad spectrum of applications. |
