General description
The flexible printed circuit (short for FPC) is compared with the ordinary rigid resin circuit board. FPC has the advantages of high wiring density, light weight, thin thickness, less wiring space limitation, high flexibility. An FPC consists of three basic parts: copper foil, dielectric material and adhesive. |
