1. Introduction of CuClad 250
Rogers CuClad 250 laminates are composed of cross-plied, woven fiberglass and PTFE composites, featuring low dielectric constants that range from 2.40 to 2.55 at 10 GHz. These laminates utilize a higher fiberglass-to-PTFE ratio, resulting in mechanical properties that are comparable to those of traditional substrates. Additionally, CuClad 250 laminates offer enhanced dimensional stability and reduced thermal expansion in all directions.
