Introduction |

Rogers CuClad 217 laminates are composite materials consisting of woven fiberglass and precisely controlled PTFE. They are designed with a cross-plied construction, providing both electrical and mechanical isotropy within the plane. The low fiberglass/PTFE ratio in CuClad 217 results in the lowest dielectric constant (Dk) and dissipation factor available in fiberglass reinforced PTFE based laminates. These unique properties contribute to faster signal propagation and higher signal/noise ratios. |
