General Description |
Wangling TP1020 PCB stands out with a robust dielectric constant (DK) of 10.2, making it ideal for advanced RF and microwave applications. Wangling TP1020 PCB is constructed on 2 layers and 5.0-millimeter laminate base, featuring a hot air soldering level (HASL) surface finish and a sleek black solder mask for enhanced durability and visual clarity. Each layer incorporates 1-ounce finished copper, ensuring superior electrical conductivity and signal integrity across high-frequency circuits.
Crafted to IPC 6012 Class 2 standards, Wangling TP1020 high frequency PCBs are manufactured using precise Gerber data alignment to meet strict quality and dimensional accuracy requirements. For convenient shipping and protection, TP1020 PCBs are carefully packaged in batches of 20, ensuring they arrive in pristine condition for immediate integration into Beidou) navigation systems, miniaturized antennas, and other high-performance electronic devices. |

TP-1/2 High Frequency Laminates |
In the industry, TP material stands out as a one - of - a - kind high - frequency thermoplastic. The dielectric layer of TP - type laminates is composed of ceramics and polyphenylene Oxide resin (PPO), and it doesn't require fiberglass reinforcement. Thanks to this composition, its dielectric constant can be accurately fine - tuned by modifying the proportion of ceramics to PPO resin.
With a specialized production process, TP PCB offers outstanding dielectric performance and remarkable reliability. Regarding its naming system, "TP" designates the material with a smooth surface and no copper cladding. "TP - 1" indicates the version that has copper cladding on a single side, while "TP - 2" represents the variant with copper cladding on both sides, providing clear distinctions for different application needs. |
