Brief Introduction

This double - sided Taconic TRF-45 high - frequency PCB is constructed using a 40 mil TRF - 45 low - loss ceramic - filled material. Both the top and bottom layers feature 1 - ounce copper, providing robust electrical conductivity. Employing an electroless nickel and immersion gold (ENIG) finish, TRF-45 PCB has a dielectric constant (DK) of 4.5, making it suitable for high - frequency applications. The bottom layer of TRF-45 laminate is completely exposed to the air.
