This PTFE-based fiberglass laminate excels in low-layer-count microwave designs, making it ideal for radar systems, mobile communications, microwave test equipment, transmission devices, and RF components.
Renowned for its durability, TLX is a go-to substrate for demanding environments. Its fiberglass reinforcement provides resistance to creep, high temperatures, and radiation, making it suitable for space launch vibrations, engine module heat, warship antennas, and altimeters exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations.
The TLX series includes TLX-0 (DK 2.45), TLX-9 (DK 2.50), TLX-8 (DK 2.55), TLX-7 (DK 2.60), and TLX-6 (DK 2.65). Thickness options span 0.127mm to 6.35mm (5mil-250mil) for TLX-0, 0.05mm to 6.35mm (2mil-250mil) for TLX-9, 0.064mm to 6.35mm (2.5mil-250mil) for TLX-8, and 0.089mm to 6.35mm (3.5mil-250mil) for TLX-7 and TLX-6. |
