RF - 60A is an organic - ceramic laminate from Taconic's Organic CERamic (ORCER) line of products. It is reinforced with woven glass, a result of Taconic's deep knowledge in ceramic fill technology and coated PTFE fiberglass. This laminate offers exceptional interlaminar bond strength and excellent solder resistance. Due to its unique formulation, it has low moisture absorption and consistent electrical performance. |

Woven glass reinforcement in RF-60A PCB ensures outstanding dimensional stability and improves flexural strength. It has a low Z - axis expansion, which helps maintain the reliability of plated - through - holes in extreme thermal scenarios. Having a dielectric constant of around 6.15, it is an ideal choice for high DK applications where a reduction in circuit size and weight is essential. The low electrical loss factor makes it a great option for RF circuits. |

Taconic RF - 60A laminates comply entirely with RoHS and WEEE directives and are suitable for the temperatures of new lead - free soldering. They can be cut, drilled, milled, and plated using standard techniques for PTFE - woven fiberglass materials, allowing for mass production to take place. |
