It utilizes woven glass for reinforcement, which is a fruit of Taconic's proficiency in both ceramic fill technology and coated PTFE fiberglass. Taconic RF-60A PCB showcases outstanding interlaminar bond strength and remarkable solder resistance. Thanks to RF-60A PCB’s unique composition, it has low moisture absorption and consistent electrical properties. |

The woven glass reinforcement in RF - 60A PCB guarantees excellent dimensional stability and boosts flexural strength. It features low Z - axis expansion, ensuring the reliability of plated - through - holes even in harsh thermal conditions. With a dielectric constant of around 6.15, it is perfect for high DK products where a reduction in circuit size and weight is desired. Its low electrical loss factor makes it a top choice for RF circuits. |

Taconic RF-60A PCB fully comply with RoHS and WEEE directives and are suitable for the temperatures demanded by new lead - free solders. They can be processed through shearing, drilling, milling, and plating using standard techniques for PTFE - woven fiberglass materials, thus enabling mass production. |
