Taconic company has developed RF-35TC, a remarkable high - frequency material. What sets it apart is its combination of "best in class" low dissipation factor and high thermal conductivity. This unique property profile makes RF - 35TC the go - to option for high - power applications. In these high - power scenarios, a minuscule difference of just 1/10th of a dB can have a substantial impact, and an effective heat - dissipating PCB substrate is essential. RF - 35TC meets this requirement by efficiently dispersing heat from both transmission lines and surface - mount components like transistors.

Constructed as a PTFE - based, ceramic - filled fiberglass substrate, RF - 35TC offers significant stability. When compared to its synthetic rubber (hydrocarbon) counterparts, it shows clear superiority. It remains resistant to oxidation, does not turn yellow over time, and maintains a stable dielectric constant and dissipation factor without any upward drift. This stability guarantees that the performance of RF - 35TC remains consistent throughout its lifespan, making it a reliable choice for various applications.

Core Advantages: Low dielectric constant (3.50) and extremely low loss tangent (0.0011). High thermal conductivity for effective heat dissipation, suitable for high-power transmission lines and surface-mounted components. Resistant to oxidation, non-yellowing, and stable in performance.
