Taconic RF-35A2 PCB is engineered with an ultra - low fiberglass composition, enabling it to deliver "industry - leading" insertion loss characteristics. RF - 35A2 PCB maintains a consistent dielectric constant of 3.5 +/- 0.05 across the entire laminate, making it an ideal choice for ultra - low loss power amplifier applications.
Thanks to the even distribution of ceramics throughout the laminate, the RF - 35A2 laminate exhibits an exceptionally low thermal expansion coefficient in the X and Y directions. Its low modulus and minimized X - Y CTE values render it highly appealing as a material for chip carriers in surface mounting technology.
Crafted through a proprietary multi - stage manufacturing process, the RF - 35A2 PCB not only offers outstanding dielectric performance but also ensures robust copper peel adhesion. With a dissipation factor as low as 0.0015 at 10 GHz, RF - 35A2 substrate facilitates maximum power transfer, significantly reducing heat generation. |
