1. Introduction of Halogen Free PET Film Based Transparent FCCL (SF490)

Shengyi Technology's SF490 PET Transparent Flexible Copper Clad Laminate is a high-performance material designed for high transparency and exceptional flexibility. Made with precision-coated polyester (PET) film and ultra-thin copper foil, it is ideal for cutting-edge applications like flexible displays, touch panels, and wearable devices.

 
Combining unique transparency with superior mechanical properties, SF490 meets the demanding requirements of modern electronics for thinness, flexibility, and reliability. It’s the perfect choice for innovative designs in consumer and industrial electronics.
 

2. Core Advantages

2.1 High Transparency and Aesthetics Utilizes optical-grade PET film with over 90% light transmittance, enabling nearly invisible circuit designs perfect for high-end applications like transparent displays and curved screens. Features high surface flatness with no bubbles or impurities, ensuring a flawless and visually appealing finish for end products.

 

2.2 Excellent Flexibility and Bend Resistance Base material thickness is customizable (typically 75 - 188μm), paired with ultra-thin copper foil (1/2OZ - 1OZ), supporting dynamic bending with a bending radius ≤ 1mm and ≥ 100,000 bend cycles. Demonstrates exceptional fatigue resistance, maintaining stable electrical performance even after long-term bending, ideal for foldable phones and rollable screens.

 

2.3 Stable Electrical Performance Offers low dielectric constant (Dk) and low dielectric loss (Df), minimizing signal transmission loss and meeting the demands of high-frequency and high-speed applications like 5G millimeter waves and flexible antennas. Features controllable copper foil surface roughness, ensuring consistent line impedance and enhanced high-frequency signal integrity.

 

2.4 High Temperature Resistance and Chemical Resistance Withstands a wide temperature range (-40°C to +130°C), compatible with lead-free soldering and SMT manufacturing processes. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and solvents, maintaining structural stability and electrical reliability in harsh environments.

 

2.5 Environmental Friendliness and Reliability Complies with international standards like RoHS and REACH, featuring a halogen-free design that aligns with green manufacturing trends. UL-certified with excellent flame retardancy (94V-0 grade), ensuring the safety and reliability of end products.
