This double-sided flexible printed circuit (FPC) is constructed on adhesive-backed transparent SF490 PET substrate, engineered to support Surface Mount Technology (SMT) while explicitly excluding through-hole components—making it a prime choice for contemporary electronic applications.
Its layer configuration employs 35 micrometer (1 oz) copper layers meticulously laminated between PET and adhesive layers. This design ensures precise circuitry with a minimum trace width of 4 mil and spacing of 10 mil, balancing detailed layout requirements with manufacturing feasibility.
Transparent SF490 PET FPC, featuring hole diameters ranging from 0.3 mm to 1.5 mm, retains a 1 oz final external foil thickness while maintaining a sleek profile: the overall thickness measures 0.15 mm (±0.05 mm), combining structural integrity with lightweight flexibility.
Transparent SF490 flexible PCB, finished with an Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold (ENIG) surface treatment, delivers exceptional reliability and performance across diverse applications.
