Hello Everyone,

Multilayer high-frequency PCBs are constructed entirely from high-performance materials, including specialized prepreg adhesives, ensuring optimal signal integrity and reliability. For example, a 4-layer RO4350B PCB is constructed using two cores of RO4350B substrates bonded together with prepreg material. As is widely known, the RO4350B family includes 8 core thickness options, ranging from 4 mil (0.101 mm) to 60 mil (1.524 mm).

The 4-layer configuration? A game-changer. Combine two RO4350B cores with precision-aligned prepreg for custom stackups that outperform traditional hybrid materials.

This 3-layer high-frequency PCB is constructed using 2 cores of RO4350B, with one layer of copper etched away, resulting in a final stack-up of 3 conductive layers.

 
   
 

 

 

The structure consists of one 60mil RO4350B core, combined with 4mil RO4450F prepreg and a 6.6mil RO4350B layer. The board measures 110mm x 110mm square and features immersion gold (ENIG) finishes on the pads. Packaged in sets of 20 pieces per shipment, these PCBs are specifically designed for wireless booster applications. Below are the actual measured values from engineering manufacturing.

3. Creation, Audit, and Control of Manufacturing Data

Upon receiving customer design data and specifications, our team verifies all requirements and converts the design data into manufacturing data using CAM. A detailed Manufacturing Instruction (MI) is then generated, reviewed by independent and QA engineers, and used as the foundation for production.

 

4. Incoming Material Quality Control

All materials undergo strict inspection before being stored. We follow a "first in, first out" principle and monitor material shelf life closely to ensure materials are used before expiration. Advanced inspection tools and procedures guarantee the quality of every component.

 

5. Control of Production Process

Our production process is meticulously controlled through accurate Manufacturing Instructions (MI), comprehensive equipment management, strict Work-in-Progress (WIP) inspections, and detailed working instructions. This ensures consistency and quality at every stage of fabrication.

 

6. Final Control and Inspection

Every PCB undergoes rigorous open/short testing and visual inspection after passing physical tests. We utilize advanced testing equipment, including customized flying probe test machines, to ensure our products meet quality standards.

 

7. Product Delivery Audit

Our dedicated Final Quality Assurance (FQA) department meticulously inspects PCB products through sampling, ensuring they fully comply with customer specifications and requirements. Only qualified PCBs are carefully packed for delivery.
