Today, we'll be presenting Rogers 4 - layer PCBs constructed using 6.6mil and 20mil RO4350B materials. First, let's take a look at the initial PCB and its corresponding stack - up, which is presented below.

The first core, which is 6.6 mil thick, is positioned between layer 1 and layer 2. The second core, being 20 mil thick, lies between layer 3 and layer 4. They are connected by two sheets of RO4450F, each with a thickness of 4 mil.

This PCB, designed for radar sensors, has a thickness of 1.0 mm and its pads are finished with immersion gold. It features blind vias that link the top layer to the first inner layer. Due to its asymmetric buildup, a warpage of up to 1.2% is acceptable. It is fabricated according to IPC 6012 Class 2 using the provided Gerber data. For shipment, 10 boards are packaged together.
