Brief Introduction

This immersion silver-finished RF PCB is fabricated using Taconic RF-45 laminate . It is a double-layer circuit board with 1-ounce copper on each layer. The solder mask and silkscreen are applied only to the top layer, while the bottom layer is fully exposed and coated with immersion silver as a shielding mechanism. Taconic RF-45 PCBs, with a thickness of 0.8 millimeters, are packaged in batches of 50 and vacuum-sealed for secure transportation and storage.
