Hello, everyone!
This 4-layer PCB is constructed using two 10mil RO4350B cores bonded with a single sheet of RO4450F prepreg. To meet specific signal transmission requirements, the prepreg thickness can be adjusted to 1 sheet (4mil), 2 sheets, or 3 sheets. Designed for wireless antenna systems, the board features a total thickness of 0.80 mm, with white legend on a green solder mask applied to both sides and immersion gold finish on all pads. Fabricated in compliance with IPC 6012 Class 2 standards using provided Gerber data, these PCBs are packed in sets of 25 panels per shipment. Ideal for high-frequency applications, this design ensures exceptional performance, reliability, and precision. |
