Rogers TC350 High Frequency PCB Built on 30mil Substrate

1.1 General description

This is a type of double sided PCB built on 30mil TC350 substrate for the application of power dividers. It's 0.8 mm finished thick with blue solder mask and immersion silver on pads. Mininum tracks and gaps are 5mil and 6mil. All vias are designed to be tented. It's supplied by individual PCB at 90mm x 53mm. They're fabricated per IPC 6012 Class 2 using supplied Gerber data. Each 50 boards are packed for shipment.
