AD250C 2-layer Woven Glass Reinforced PTFE PCB Built on 60mil 1.524mm Rogers Substrates with Immersion Gold

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our latest product - the newly shipped RF PCB at Bicheng Technologies. Our team of experts has worked tirelessly to ensure that this product is of the highest quality, providing our customers with an exceptional experience.

The RF PCB is made of AD250C Woven Glass Reinforced PTFE with a DK of 2.5, which enables a lead-free process and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. This high-quality PCB material is designed to withstand the toughest conditions, providing a reliable and long-lasting performance.
The PCB stackup features a 2-layer rigid PCB with a finished copper weight of 70um, an AD250C dielectric thickness of 60 mil (1.524mm), and a finished board thickness of 1.6mm. This design makes the RF PCB ideal for high-frequency applications, with a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.35mm.
The RF PCB has no blind or buried vias, and it is finished with an immersion gold surface finish. The top silkscreen and bottom silkscreen are not applied, simplifying the process of soldering components. The top solder mask is green, and the bottom solder mask is not applied. The 1 mil via plating thickness provides extra protection and ensures a long-lasting product.
We have conducted thorough testing on the PCB, with a 100% electrical test used to ensure its quality. The PCB statistics indicate a total of 167 components, 211 pads, 122 through-hole pads, 89 top SMT pads, no bottom SMT pads, 97 vias, and 6 nets.
