We are excited to announce the arrival of our newest product, the RF PCB, at Bicheng Technologies. Our team of experts has dedicated their time and efforts to ensure that this product is of the utmost quality and reliability, providing customers with an exceptional experience.

The RF PCB is composed of RO4835 Hydrocarbon/Ceramic/Woven Glass with a DK of 3.48, enabling a lead-free process and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. This PCB material guarantees durability and long-term performance, even in harsh environments.

The PCB stackup includes a 2-layer rigid PCB with a finished copper weight of 35um, an RO4835 dielectric thickness of 30 mil (0.762mm), and a finished board thickness of 0.8mm. The PCB has a minimum trace/space of 4/5 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.5mm, making it ideal for high-frequency applications.

Additionally, the RF PCB has no blind or buried vias and is finished with immersion gold surface finish. The top solder mask is green, while the bottom solder mask is also green, providing an elegant and professional appearance. The PCB has no silkscreen on solder pads, simplifying the process of soldering components. The 0.5mm via is filled with resin and capped according to IPC-4761 Type VII, ensuring extra protection and long-term reliability.

The PCB has undergone thorough testing, with a 100% electrical test used to ensure its quality. The PCB statistics indicate a total of 38 components, 59 pads, 31 through-hole pads, 28 top SMT pads, 0 bottom SMT pads, 32 vias, and 4 nets.
