Bicheng Technologies is proud to introduce our latest product, the newly shipped RF PCB. Our team of experts has dedicated their time and efforts to ensure the highest quality of this product, providing customers with a reliable and high-performance PCB.

The RF PCB is made of AD255C Woven Glass Reinforced PTFE with a DK of 2.55, which allows for a lead-free process and an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃. This PCB material ensures that the product can withstand the toughest of conditions and provide a long-lasting performance.

The PCB stackup consists of a 2-layer rigid PCB with a finished copper weight of 35um, an AD255C dielectric thickness of 40 mil (1.016mm), and a finished board thickness of 1.14mm. The PCB also has a minimum trace/space of 3/4 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm, making it perfect for high-frequency applications.

Furthermore, The RF PCB has no blind or buried vias and is finished with immersion gold surface finish, providing a sleek and professional look. The top solder mask is green, while the bottom solder mask has no silkscreen. The PCB has no silkscreen on solder pads, making it easier to solder components.

The PCB has been thoroughly tested, ensuring a 100% electrical test is used. The PCB statistics show a total of 27 components, 41 pads, 22 through-hole pads, 19 top SMT pads, no bottom SMT pads, 31 vias, and 3 nets.
