RF-35 Dual Layer Taconic High Frequency PCB Built on 10mil 0.254mm ORCER PTFE Substrates with Immersion Silver

We are excited to introduce our newly shipped RF PCB, which despite its small size, offers impressive performance, reliability, and functionality for projects of any size.

Crafted from Taconic RF-35 Organic ceramic PTFE fiberglass DK 3.5, the RF PCB boasts excellent thermal stability, low signal loss, and high-frequency performance. It is also manufactured through a lead-free process, making it an eco-friendly choice. Furthermore, it can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, rendering it suitable for a vast range of applications.

The 2-layer Taconic PCB features a finished copper weight of 35um and an RF-35 dielectric thickness of 10 mil (0.254mm), with a finished board thickness of 0.3mm and a via plating thickness of 1 mil. The immersion silver surface finish gives it both aesthetic appeal and reliability, while the minimum trace/space of 5/4 mils and minimum hole size of 0.25mm make it easy to work with.

Measuring 48mm x 80.12mm, the board comes in a single piece with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm and boasts no blind or buried vias. The PCB is 100% electrically tested, and it comes with no top or bottom silkscreen on the solder pads, ensuring unobstructed performance.

The RF PCB consists of seven components with a total of 21 pads, including 12 thru-hole pads and 9 top SMT pads. With 16 vias and 3 nets, this high-quality PCB can handle a wide range of applications.
