We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our newly shipped RF PCB, which is now available for purchase worldwide. The RF PCB is offered to provide you with the highest quality, performance, and reliability for all your projects.

The RF PCB is made from RT/duroid 6006 ceramic PTFE composites DK 6.15, which is a high-quality material that offers excellent thermal stability, low signal loss, and high-frequency performance. Moreover, our PCB is made through a lead-free process, making it environmentally friendly. The PCB is also designed to operate in extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for a variety of applications.

This 2-layer Rogers PCB has a finished copper weight of 35um and a RT/duroid 6006 dielectric thickness of 50 mil (1.27mm). The finished board thickness is 1.3mm, and the via plating thickness is 1 mil. The surface finish is immersion gold and the top solder mask is green, providing you with a high-quality PCB that is both visually appealing and reliable. The minimum trace/space is 8/7 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.5mm, making it easy to work with.

The board dimensions are 77mm x 59 mm, which comes in two types with a +/- 0.15mm tolerance, and it has no blind or buried vias. The PCB is 100% electrically tested, and it comes with no top or bottom silkscreen on the solder pads, ensuring that there are no visual distractions that could affect the performance of the board.

The RF PCB has a total of 29 components with 54 total pads, including 38 thru-hole pads, 16 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. The PCB has 23 vias and 5 nets, providing you with a high-quality PCB that can handle a wide range of applications.
