We are excited to share that our brand new RO3035 Ceramic PTFE Composites DK 3.5 RF PCB is now available, catering to customers in search of premium quality and high-performance PCBs. The RF PCB is composed of RO3035 ceramic PTFE composites DK 3.5, a top-notch material widely used in the aerospace and defense sectors due to its superior electrical and mechanical properties, making it an excellent option for high-frequency applications.

Our RO3035 Ceramic PTFE Composites DK 3.5 RF PCB is crafted using a lead-free process, ensuring its environmental friendliness and safety for an array of applications. It can operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for use in challenging environments.

The PCB stackup comprises a 2-layer rigid PCB with finished copper of 35um. The RO3035 dielectric is 30 mil (0.762mm), and the finished copper is 35um. The board dimensions are 195mm x 98mm, with a finished board thickness of 0.8mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) across all layers. The minimum trace/space is 8/11 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.3mm. The board doesn't have any blind or buried vias.

The PCB surface finish is immersion gold, with top silkscreen in white and bottom silkscreen absent. The top solder mask is not present, and the bottom solder mask is also not present. Silkscreen on solder pads is not allowed. The PCB undergoes 100% electrical testing to ensure its quality.

This RO3035 Ceramic PTFE Composites DK 3.5 RF PCB has a total of 71 components, 117 total pads, 78 thru-hole pads, 39 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. It has 78 vias and 15 nets.
