We are excited to announce the release of our newly shipped RF PCB, which caters to customers seeking high-quality and high-performance PCBs. The RF PCB is crafted from Taconic TLY-5 PTFE Glass DK 2.2, a high-performance material that finds extensive usage in the aerospace and defense industries. Its superior electrical and mechanical properties make it an optimal choice for high-frequency applications.

The RF PCB is produced using a lead-free process, ensuring its eco-friendliness and safety for a wide range of applications. It is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it ideal for use in demanding environments.

The PCB stackup includes a 4-layer rigid PCB with finished copper of 35um. The TLY-5 dielectric is 20 mil (0.508mm), and the FastRise-28 Prepreg is 0.1mm. The board dimensions are 157mm x 112mm, with a finished board thickness of 1.2mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) across all layers. The minimum trace/space is 9/9 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.4mm. It features blind vias L1-L2, and the via plating thickness is 1 mil.

The PCB surface finish is immersion gold, with top silkscreen in white and bottom silkscreen absent. The top solder mask is matt black, and the bottom solder mask is also matt black. Silkscreen on solder pads is not allowed. The PCB undergoes 100% electrical testing.

The RF PCB has 80 components, 97 total pads, 59 thru-hole pads, 38 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. It has 47 vias and 15 nets.
