We are excited to announce the arrival of our newly shipped RF PCB, which is offered to meet the needs of customers who are looking for high-quality and high-performance PCBs. The RF PCB is made of RT/duroid 6010.2LM ceramic PTFE composites, which is a high-performance material that is widely used in the aerospace and defense industries. This material has excellent electrical and mechanical properties, making it an ideal choice for high-frequency applications.

The RF PCB is manufactured using a lead-free process, which ensures that it is environmentally friendly and safe for use in a wide range of applications. The PCB is designed to operate in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for use in harsh environments.

The PCB stackup consists of a 2-layer rigid PCB with finished copper of 35um. The RT/duroid 6010.2LM dielectric is 50 mil (1.27mm), which provides excellent electrical performance. The board dimensions are 94mm x 90 mm, with a finished board thickness of 1.4mm and a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers. The minimum trace/space is 9/10 mils, and the minimum hole size is 0.5mm. There are no blind or buried vias, and the via plating thickness is 1 mil.

The PCB surface finish is immersion gold, with top silkscreen in white and bottom silkscreen in none. The top solder mask is blue, and the bottom solder mask is also blue. The PCB is 100% electrical test used, and the 0.5mm via filled by resin and capped as per IPC-4761 Type VII.

The RF PCB has a total of 42 components, 67 total pads, 48 thru-hole pads, 19 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. There are 65 vias and 6 nets.
