We are pleased to introduce the newly shipped RF PCB from Bicheng Technologies - a dependable and superior quality printed circuit board offered to meet the rigorous demands of modern electronics. Constructed from RO3006 ceramic-filled PTFE composites, this RF PCB ensures high-frequency and low-loss characteristics. It has been manufactured using a lead-free process and is capable of operating in a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for diverse applications.

The 2-layer rigid PCB boasts a finished copper weight of 35um, with a RO3006 dielectric thickness of 25 mil (0.635mm) and another layer of finished copper weight of 35 um. This stackup design ensures excellent signal integrity and reliability.

In terms of construction, this RF PCB features a board dimension of 217mm x 102 mm=2PCS, +/- 0.15mm, a minimum trace/space of 9/8 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm. The PCB does not have any blind or buried vias and has a finished board thickness of 0.76mm. It has a surface finish of immersion gold and a top silkscreen in white, a top solder mask in blue, and no bottom silkscreen or solder mask. It has been subjected to a 100% electrical test to ensure its performance and reliability.

The RF PCB has 51 components and a total of 80 pads, with 59 thru-hole pads and 21 top SMT pads. The PCB has 75 vias and 7 nets.
