We're thrilled to announce the latest addition to our PCB lineup: the RF-35TC PTFE/ceramic filled/fiberglass PCB. This PCB is engineered to deliver exceptional performance and reliability, making it the perfect choice for even the most demanding applications.

The RF PCB is made with the highest quality materials, including a lead-free process and -40℃ to +85℃ operation to ensure that it can withstand even the harshest environments. The stackup includes finished copper weight of 35um, RF-35TC dielectric thickness of 30 mil (0.762mm), and finished copper weight of 35um, all offered to ensure maximum durability and reliability.

Construction-wise, the RF PCB boasts impressive details, including board dimensions of 110mm x 92 mm=1PCS, +/- 0.15mm, a minimum trace/space of 5/5 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.35mm. There’s no blind or buried vias, but finished board thickness of 0.8mm and finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers combine to provide the utmost in strength and endurance. Hot Air Soldering Level (HASL) surface finish offers unbeatable corrosion resistance and longevity. The top silkscreen is white, while the top solder mask is green. There’s no silkscreen or solder mask on the bottom side. The PCB is tested using 100% electrical test to guarantee flawless performance.

The RF PCB is packed with impressive statistics, including 35 components, 98 total pads, 61 thru-hole pads, 37 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. 104 vias and 15 nets are utilized to ensure optimal connectivity. Our PCB meets IPC-Class-2 standards.
