RO4003C Double Sided Dual Layer Rogers PCB Built on 8mil 0.203mm with ENIG Surface Finish

We’re glad to introduce our latest 2-layer Rogers PCB, offered with the highest quality materials and construction methods to deliver exceptional performance and reliability.

The PCB is made with RO4003C hydrocarbon ceramic laminates and features a lead-free process and -40℃ to +85℃ operation, ensuring optimal performance even in the most extreme conditions.

The stackup of the PCB includes finished copper weight of 35um, RO4003C dielectric thickness of 8 mil (0.203mm), and finished copper weight of 35um.

The construction details are equally impressive, with board dimensions of 61mm x 32mm=1PCS, +/- 0.15mm, a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.2mm. There’s no blind or buried vias, but finished board thickness of 0.3mm and finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers combine to ensure the utmost in durability and reliability. Via plating thickness of 1 mil and surface finish of Electroless Nickle Immersion Gold (ENIG) provide unparalleled corrosion resistance and longevity.

The PCB is offered with your needs in mind. No top or bottom silkscreen, top or bottom solder mask is applied, silkscreen is strictly not onto solder pads. The PCB is tested using 100% electrical test.

The PCB features an impressive 16 components, 18 total pads, 11 thru-hole pads, 7 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. 19 vias and 3 nets are utilized to ensure optimal connectivity. The PCB meets IPC-Class-2 standards.
