The 2-layer Rogers PCB features finished copper weight of 52um and a RO4003C dielectric thickness of 20mil, ensuring durability and reliability that is second to none. The construction details are equally impressive, with board dimensions of 136mm x 96 mm=5Types =5PCS, +/- 0.15mm, a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.2mm.

We don't cut corners when it comes to quality. The finished board thickness of 0.6mm and finished copper weight of 1.5 oz (2.1 mils) all layers, combine to ensure the utmost in durability and reliability. Via plating thickness of 1 mil and surface finish of Electroless Nickle Immersion Gold (ENIG) provide unparalleled corrosion resistance and longevity.

The PCB is offered with your needs in mind. No top or bottom silkscreen is used, but top and bottom solder masks in green are used. No silkscreen on solder pads, and slotted holes defined as per Gerber that are plated through, with the side-by-side holes are the dimensions of the slots. The 0.2mm and 0.5mm vias are filled with resin and capped as per IPC-4761 Type VII.

The PCB includes an impressive 96 components, 128 total pads, 54 thru-hole pads, 72 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. 153 vias and 18 nets are designed to ensure optimal connectivity. The PCB meets IPC-Class-2 standards.
