A high-quality PCB made of RO4003C hydrocarbon ceramic laminates with a lead-free process and -40℃ to +85℃ operation is now available. The 2-layer Rogers PCB boasts finished copper weight of 35um and a RO4003C dielectric thickness of 32mil, ensuring durability and reliability that is unparalleled in the industry.

The construction details are simply unbeatable. With board dimensions of 139mm x 100 mm=6PCS, +/- 0.15mm, a minimum trace/space of 4/4 mils, and a minimum hole size of 0.5mm, the PCB is offered to meet even the most exacting specifications. The finished board thickness of 0.9mm and finished copper weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers, combine to ensure the utmost in durability and reliability. Via plating thickness of 1 mil and surface finish of Electroless Nickle Immersion Gold (ENIG) provide unparalleled corrosion resistance and longevity.

The PCB is launched with your needs in mind. No top or bottom silkscreen or solder mask is used, and silkscreen on solder pads is also not included. The PCB undergoes a 100% electrical test to ensure high quality and reliability. The 0.5mm via is filled with resin and capped as per IPC-4761 Type VII.

The PCB includes a staggering 97 components, 130 total pads, 49 thru-hole pads, 81 top SMT pads, and no bottom SMT pads. 151 vias and 17 nets are utilized to ensure optimal connectivity.
