RO4360G2 Double Sided High Frequency PCB Built on 20mil 0.508mm Substrates with Immersion Silver

We are excited to announce the launch of our latest 2-layer Rogers PCB, designed to meet the needs of even the most complex electronic devices. Our PCB boasts premium materials and construction details, providing exceptional performance and durability.

PCB Material: The PCB is built with RO4360G2 Hydrocarbon/Ceramic/Woven Glass, ensuring high performance and reliability. The lead-free production process makes it eco-friendly, and it is designed to operate within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.

Stackup: The 2-layer rigid stackup features a finished copper weight of 35um and RO4360G2 dielectric of 20mil, providing unmatched durability and longevity for your electronic device.
Construction Details: The PCB has a board dimension of 43mm x 86mm =1PCS, with a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm. It features a minimum trace/space of 7/9 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm, with no blind or buried vias. The finished board thickness is 0.6mm, with a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers and via plating thickness of 1 mil. The surface finish is Immersion Silver, and there is no top/bottom silkscreen or solder mask. There is no silkscreen on solder pads, and we use 100% electrical testing to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
PCB Statistics: The PCB features 35 components, 90 total pads, 26 thru hole pads, 64 top SMT pads, no bottom SMT pads, and 46 vias across 12 nets, making it a reliable choice for even the most complex electronic designs.
Artwork Supplied: Gerber RS-274-X artwork is supplied for manufacturing this PCB, ensuring ease and convenience in your designs.
