We are excited to unveil our brand-new 2-layer Rogers PCB, designed to provide top-notch performance and reliability for your electronic designs. The PCB boasts premium materials and construction details, making it an ideal choice for even the most complex electronic devices.

PCB Material: The PCB is built with top-of-the-line RO4003C hydrocarbon ceramic laminates, ensuring exceptional performance and durability. Our lead-free process makes it eco-friendly, and it is designed for -40℃ to +85℃ operation.

Stackup: The 2-layer rigid stackup boasts finished copper weight of 35um and RO4003C dielectric of 32mil, providing your device with unmatched durability and longevity.
Construction Details: The PCB has a sleek, compact design, with board dimensions of 40mm x 26mm =1PCS, +/- 0.15mm. It features a minimum trace/space of 5/6 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.3mm, with no blind or buried vias. The finished board thickness is 0.9mm, with a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) all layers and via plating thickness of 1 mil. The PCB features a stunning Electroless Nickle Electroless Palladium and Immersion Gold (ENEPIG) surface finish, with no top/bottom silkscreen or solder mask, and no silkscreen on solder pads. We use 100% electrical testing to make sure you receive a PCB of the highest quality and reliability.
PCB Statistics: The PCB boasts 95 components, 112 total pads, 37 thru hole pads, 75 top SMT pads, no bottom SMT pads, and 68 vias across 15 nets, making it a reliable choice for even the most complex electronic designs.
