Crafted with Rogers RO3010 ceramic-filled PTFE composites and processed with a lead-free approach, the RF PCB is perfect for a wide range of applications that require a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃.
The PCB boasts a stackup of base copper 17um, dielectric RO3010 50mil, and base copper 17um. It measures 100.00mm x 100.00mm and has a minimum trace/space of 7/8 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.25mm. It comes in a thickness of 1.35 mm with a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils) and a via plating thickness of 1 mil.
With a surface finish of ENIG and 100% electrical test coverage, we guarantee that our RF PCB is fully functional before shipping. Designed with 61 components, 93 total pads, 37 through-hole pads, and 56 top surface mount technology (SMT) pads, this PCB is sure to meet your electronic needs.
