RO4350B Double Sided Rogers PCB built on 60mil substrates with ENIG

Exciting news! We've just shipped our newly designed RF PCB, perfect for high-frequency applications in modern electronics.

Constructed with Rogers RO4350B hydrocarbon ceramic laminates and a lead-free process, this PCB operates within a temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
This RF PCB has a stackup of base copper 17um, dielectric RO4350B 60mil, and base copper 17um. The board dimensions are 76.00mm x 76.00mm, with a minimum trace/space of 6/6 mils and a minimum hole size of 0.45mm. Additionally, the board is 1.6 mm thick, has a finished Cu weight of 1 oz (1.4 mils), and a via plating thickness of 1 mil.
This PCB is designed with 50 components, 73 total pads, 26 through-hole pads, and 47 top surface mount technology (SMT) pads. There are no bottom SMT pads, and it has a total of 71 vias and 9 nets. Impedance matching is not included.
It has a surface finish of ENIG, and we've ensured that it has 100% electrical test coverage, ensuring that the board is fully functional before shipping.
