Laminate Introduction

Rogers RT/duroid 6010.2LM PCB substrates utilize ceramic-PTFE composites. They offer impressive specifications, including a DK of 10.2 +/- 0.25 at 10 GHz/23°C, a dissipation factor of 0.0023 at 10 GHz/23°C, Td > 500 °C TGA, moisture absorption of 0.01%, and a CTE of 24 ppm/°C in the X-axis, 24 ppm/°C in the Y-axis, and 47 ppm/°C in the Z-axis.
